Yes. Every shoot includes full art direction, from concept and styling guidance to posing and composition, ensuring your content is professional, cohesive, and aligned with your brand.

Payment is made upfront before the start of each month to secure your shoot date, ensuring your content stays fresh and on schedule.

Subscriptions can be paused for up to two months per year (which can be split across the year) if you need a break. Please note that longer breaks may affect your marketing momentum and reduce audience engagement. You may cancel anytime; however, payments are non-refundable, and no full or partial refunds will be provided.

Absolutely. Any content you’ve paid for during your subscription is yours to use even after your subscription ends.

The photos can be used across your website, social media, email campaigns, online stores, and other marketing material. They are designed to be versatile, elevate your brand, and support your marketing goals. Please note that the photos cannot be resold or used for profit outside your business.

Yes, your subscription is flexible. If you’d like more short-form videos than photos, we can discuss customising your deliverables and pricing to suit your needs.

If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule, keeping your content plan on track.
